pete I just updated to 7.0.1.2 and initially noticed the same behavior you mention in P+. As others have said, ATV+ doesn’t work in any version right now.
I did get a popup when I first launched P+ - told me to log out and log back in so that I could download 4K content. I do not have the 4K plan so ignored that prompt - and P+ would not analyze.
So I followed the instructions and logged out and back in, and P+ immediately worked and I was able to download entire seasons with no issue.
So, perhaps your issue will be resolved in the newest 7.0.1.2 if you log out and log back in to P+. You said you uninstalled and re-installed, but didn’t mention if you kept your cache.
