HallmarkTV not reachable in browser

I manually updated to 7.0.0.8 to fix the browser being blocked by SpectrumTV, which it did. However, now I can’t access The Hallmark Channel via the browser. I get a different error message, but it will not allow the browser to open the page. This has continued through the update to 7.0.1.2, I still can’t get to www.watchhallmarktv.com.

(I’ve never a tv provider in any country) ..
.. but can’t confirm “HallmarkTV not reachable in browser”

AFAIK login via TV Provider using AdobePass never worked with SF - example here

www.watchhallmarktv.com works and tested using Xfinity login.
This was done with latest 7012

I only tried one movie; you have to let it play up to 20 seconds, then you will see:

I didn’t have any problem downloading When Calls the Heart S13E06 (the latest) via Xfinity provider login today from HallmarkTV. I haven’t had any problem with any of the Season 13 episodes over the last 6 weeks. What provider are you using to log in with?

I’m sorry, maybe I should have said this better. I know how to get the the Hallmark Channel, and I know how to download from it, I have been doing it for several years. When I type www.watchhallmarktv.com I get a 403 error, The request could not be satisfied, request blocked on a page that says it generated by cloudfront. I could paste the entire error message in if necessary. The redirect that happens takes me to

https://hallmarktv.customer.web.one.accedo.tv/

So if this is working on yours, why is is NOT working on mine? I have updated to 7.0.1.2, and I have cleared my browsing history and temp files. This has been going on for over 2 weeks for me.

As you can see above, the problem is not due to SF.
Therefore, it’s due to your internet connection ..
.. so try a different DNS provider
and possibly a VPN server near you.

Well, I have tried it with OpenDNS DNS servers, Google DNS Servers, and with Proton VPN trying 3 of their sites and I still can’t access it from within SF. I can get to it fine through Chrome or through Firefox, just not through SF.

Then there is something wrong with SF on your computer.
Try checking all 3 options here, then restart SF:

If still not working try uninstall SF and install again.
