7.0.1.2 fails to download H265 from Amazon only H264 is downloaded. Going to older versions does successfully download H265. Went to 7.0.0.6 and it was successful.

What about going to an older version SF 7.0.0.6 was successful at downloading H265.

if 7.0.0.6 was successful but 7.0.1.2 was not I say an issue has come back.

Deleted cache had similar result where 7012 only would download H264 but 7006 was successful at H265

I think the workaround is very simple ..
.. don’t use Resolution: Best Quality if you’re affected

I can’t test the series - but I don’t use Best Quality
and have never a H264 downgrade if H265 is available
