I’m a new user; just bought the lifetime version. Initially, I had a link to download 6.0 something. I was able to login, authorize, and set up some downloads. But then a button popped up to Update, and I did. That updated to 6.2 and then 7.011 – since then, I’m unable to get it to analyze video.
Could this be that these are Intel versions that it updates to, not M1 - M4? What is the most current version for Apple Silicone, and/or where can I download M1 - M4 compatible software? I’m a bit stumped right now, deleted my initial installation file, and now can’t find it online.
Please help!
