LesStC I just upgraded my NOW subscription to full HD but am only seeing max 720p when I come to download. The StreamFab service status shows NOW resolution at 1080p and 720p. I’ve logged out and in again to my NOW account. What am I doing wrong? TIA

Germania LesStC Just wondering why the StreamFab service status shows 1080p as an option for NOW Unfortunately, I can’t tell you why the status overview is partially showing incorrect resolutions .. .. for example I can’t get Pluto in 1080p and Apple TV isn’t limited to 1080p (sample)

Stan001 That status website is a general info site and not right, as many said. It does not reflect Apple TV as having 4K and other issues. It never reflected YouTube not working; thanks to 7013, YouTube is working, for now. I don’t think it even says if a YouTube video is in 4k or 8k that YouTube downloads at that. Always go to the StreamFab site; for NOW TV it’s: https://streamfab.com/now-downloader.htm You will see 720p. Wilson also said to hopefully check the status site.
