Same for me: “Failed to obtain decryption key”
with 4k and also with SD (862×360) H265 and H264

[Info]: [CWV.AppleTVv2] Get license data error,result is {"streaming-response":{"streaming-keys":[{"id":1, "status":-1020}], "version":1}} [Info]: [CWV.Base] license is NULL!

So I can’t currently say what the problem is
(I try to get SD manually later)

but not affected (so there is no fixed date for affected epis):
