Location of cache folder, streamfab

Since about version 7008, the cache folder has been moved from the temp folder (Temp\cache), which I set to my F: drive, and moved back to my main drive, C:. I want it on my F: drive for a reason.
I have yet to find a way to get it back to my F: drive. Why was this changed?
My C: drive is an NVMe SSD drive. I specifically bought a WD SSD for my F: drive for StreamFab to use.

Location now for cache folder: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\DVDFab\StreamFab\rootCachePath
cache.
I have not had time to fully look into this. Maybe there is a way I can trick SF or Windows to see my F: drive Temp\cache as %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\DVDFab\StreamFab\rootCachePath\cache??

There was never a info about the change or reason ..
.. but I’m pretty sure they fixed the location for:
“Clear History - Cookies and other site data”

The location is not set in StreamFab.ini - so it’s hardcoded ..
.. so the only way is symbolic link with command mklink -> info

Yeah, I know you mentioned it; I also had mentioned it in an older post.
Just seems weird it was changed in about 7008 and not 7000, although I still don’t like they changed it.
They give us a choice where to have temp folder and all version 6’s honored it as well as early versions of 7; cache went to temp folder. 🤷‍♂️

I hope to look into mklink this weekend.

It’s a simple one time action (example):

rem move exist content robocopy /move /e "%AppData%\DVDFab\StreamFab\rootCachePath" "F:\Temp\rootCachePath" rem link to new directory mklink /d "%AppData%\DVDFab\StreamFab\rootCachePath" "F:\Temp\rootCachePath"

Thanks, I never got to come back here and say I did jump ahead and not wait for the weekend and have everything now on my F drive.
