Apple TV+ subtitles are out of sync

Hi,

The subtitles on Apple TV+ are currently desynchronized. They appear approximately 10 seconds ahead of the audio.

A delay of -10 seconds needs to be applied to properly sync them.

I am using the latest version of the app.

Please look into this issue. Thank you.

Version of the app you are using
Always good to mention your region
If you are using a Mac, that is a definite must to provide as very few of us use that version of the software
Logs would show how you chose to download subtitles and if they are muxed in or in separate .srt files, etc.
Possibly metadata information as shown by MediaInfo utility
Probably more you could offer, but until those are provided there is nothing anyone can do.

I just checked a movie I downloaded from ATV+ yesterday, and the subtitles are right where they need to be. I use MKV and choose to remux them into the file.
