FL95 What is up with so many 1st time posters providing absolutely no information about their problem? Are they all bots sent by streaming services to distract us?
Anyway, we would love to help, but you have to help out as well.
- What title are you downloading
- What is your region (certain regions have different offerings available from streaming services)
Bottom line is that SF can only download what is offered. And streaming services are always re-encoding their content in different ways to optimize the file size or #reasons. I don’t think it’s a “problem”, just a change to the way the title is offered.
If the EAC3 cannot be played on your TV, and that is all that is currently available, perform an internet search for “free tools to re-encode audio track in mkv”. Handbrake would be the easiest, I suspect.
