I use DVDfab copy and would like to improve my dvd collection.
There’s 3 AI products for windows.
Do you have to have an Nvidia card to use the software?
Don’t have Nvidia card.

My mac machines do a lot better with DAW software and Luminar Neo.

I have a mac mini so can’t get a card for it either.

I will say that I tried the AI Upscaler trial for a DVD, and it was gong to take 50 or 60 hours to complete! I have an AMD Radeon RX 5700.

You could trial the feature. I assume there are better/faster/cheaper/free options out there to try as well.
