I’m not getting shout factory on windows. Is it only on Mac? Do I need to copy/paste the url from my main browser to get it to show up? Do I need an account?

You’re using macOS - that’s the second reason why I can’t test it ..

It’s not listed in “All Supported Sites” (and no VIP Service) ..
.. so you need to go to watch.shout-tv.com manually

I wasn’t able to get shout tv to work but good news on the criterion channel, it’s fully supported with the mpd downloader.

With the MPD downloader, the Criterion Channel supports downloading video along with subtitles and audio. Although it is not listed among the supported sites, I have used it successfully.
