Ripping TV Show Help

So I’ve been trying to backup all my old TV Shows on DVD so I can just stream them.

This software does not make it happy. It never selects all the shows I have to go in and select them all manually which is annoying and if that was all it would be fine.

But it never gets the shows/titles right. The file names are all messed up. It lumps all the same.

I use the Mac version and it won’t connect to the internet or something for the meta data. I have attached some screenshots to show.

There is a known network issue with the meta uploading section. We apologize for the trouble.
For now, please double-click on the title name to rename it as needed.

For TV Shows, it should automatically select the titles. I will forward it to the development team for investigation.
