Not able to get subtitles on Netflix

I’m downloading the South Korean series Tastefully Yours.

Under Language I selected: Korean [Original] AAC 2.0 - 128 kbps
Under Subtitle I selected: English

After downloading and checking the file there are no subtitles. I searched for a solution and I found this:

"To get subtitles on foreign films from Netflix using StreamFab, configure the Subtitle settings in the download window to “Remux into File” or “Extract to SRT file” before downloading. Ensure you check “Always download the forced subtitle” in the VIP Services settings to capture essential, non-dubbed dialogue."

The download windows does not have anywhere in the subtitle settings for “Remux into File” or Extract to SRT file". Als I can’t find VIP Services settings to check “Always download the forced subtitle”.

I need help on how to get the subtitles in foreign films and series not only on netflix but on Amazon as well.

And this is what was downloaded

Forced subtitles are not what you want when you are listening to Korean. You’ll need the normal subtitles to represent the entire audio track. I’m not sure what your settings were, but try what I’m using.
