No, I don’t think it was your fault. I downloaded the album using my German Spotify account without a VPN.
With Noteburner, the process is similar to Musicfab when it comes to adding tracks. If a video exists for a track, you can check a box to download the video as well. It will then be saved as an MP4 in the album folder. Of course, you can also uncheck that option.
