Problem with cbs.com

There is a problem downloading from cbs.com. When you try to download shows like “The Price is right” oder “Let’s make a deal” it only downloads until the first commercial break. Maybe you can fix that?

I know I recall before there were issues with cbs.com.
I think you get further than me; this is what I get on the shows with SF.

If you try the same show multiple times it will eventually recognize it and it will download nevertheless.

Yes downloaded the trial and getting the same results. Recording stops and finalizes around 6 minutes. Like Bosson said prob at the 1st commercial.

There was a fix in 7.0.0.6 for CBS by SF developer, checking change logs, so there may be a need for another fix.

ADDED: It’s now confirmed, you get till the first ad break and done, as I finally got CBS to work. It’s a struggle and needs much work to fix in SF.

Yeah, sorry about that; they are DRM. I have an older version of the VDH extension; it lets you download, but then can’t play them as they are DRM-protected.

I looked and could not find any way to get videos from CBS. Even tried RecordFab, which was discontinued, btw, and that won’t record from CBS. The browser in RecordFab is outdated. Although at the same time, I tried another recorder software, claiming to be updated, and their browser doesn’t support CBS either.

P+ you have to pay. CBS.Com the last 5 episodes are free to watch and download. Plus I only have the MPD downloader
so that prob would not work with P+.
