jdolan Trying to download 9-1-1 Nashville s01e11 and received the above error. I have just installed v 7.0.1.4. I’ve have be able to record other shows from Hulu. I logged out and logged back in to see if that would help, but it didn’t. I tried running it in Firefox and Chrome and it worked OK. Any suggestions? Thanks
simchris Did you a) clear your temp/cache folder b) wait another day to see if transient issue? I have this issue with hULU fro mtime to time, and usually clears up the next day from when I actually want to do it 🙂 (sorry if not help at all…)
Stan001 If they are newer shows, you might try waiting a day or 2 for SF to grab the decryption key. If it continues for a longer time, then send feedback via SF or go to https://streamfab.com/contact.htm and report the issue.
