Can you change browser(version) from the internal Streamfab browser

I want to know if it is possible to do this, 7.0.1.4 uses chrome 145 if i am not mistaken. but is there a way to change this version, say downgrade it… or upgrade this in the older versions of StreamFab?

Users cannot change the CEF (Chromium Embedded Framework) version used in SF ..
.. and why should the dev downgrade the browser ??
or change anything in outdated releases ??

Germania i wanted to know this Because i bought 4 products.

Now my downloads do not work in the newest SF.
And it did work in the older version of SF. So if the older SF(chrome 141) version could use a newer browser, my situation would be fixed.

I bought SF, the ability to downgrade, and both DRM packs, all lifetime

Who says that the browser update isn’t
exactly causing your (unknown) problem?

May I ask which provider you’re having a problem
with regarding your current SF release?

And if it works with older SF - why change anything?

Germania thank you for replies! so.. i tested this…

the NSFW site does not accept older browsers anymore(since this 1st of march).. so the old SF that used chrome 141 stopped working… (this is not SF fault at this point)

on the side of SF.. the only version that had a way to rip the DRM from that site… trust me i have been trying to get support to help me out, but only version 6.2.6.1 could actually rip this site correctly.. no other version could

now because the NSFW site upgraded their security to only allow the newest browsers to load their player.. i can not use the newest SF because it can not rip the DRM correctly, and i can not use the old SF because it does not have the newest browser… this is my situation so thats why i have the question. If this is not possible(you already hinted at this) then i hope i can get the support team to add this NSFW site again to their services because in the old SF it worked until this 1st of march…. 🙁

If newer SF doesn’t work with the newer browser,
I would guess that the newer SF didn’t make anything worse,
but rather that the website changed something, which is why it no longer works.

as i said… its not SF fault it stopped working… its the NSFW site fault for upgrading security… Thank you for clearing up my question.. I hope that support respond soon to my issue about this

That is actually the same problem as with cbs.com. Until 6.2.6.1. which I used before it was possible to download until last Thursday I think. Now the Browser doesn’t work anymore and all versions since then give incomplete results. Hope they fix that soon.

i thought i was THE only one on this planet with this very specific problem.. 🙂🙁 Glad and sad to see this is not the case… i hope this gets fix 🙂
