In Screenshot in Store I see “annual” - but I detect only prices

I don’t understand the point of the extension either. I have StreamFab, and the only reason I’d even look at it is if it let me analyze episodes individually.

I keep trying to support all DVDfab-type products, but this seems to have the same lack of support as the abandoned RecordFab.
Same as the StreamFab for Browser Release. I get way more sites to work with a free extension or with an extension that only costs $20.

My current StreamFab isn’t working well with NetFlix which just happed within the last couple of days. After buying the full StreamFab package and its inconsistent performance I don’t want to keep purchasing additions that always has a new cost associated to keep doing what I want to do. If I purchased the entire software package that was supposed to do everything I needed why would I purchase more for it when it’s always broken for the services i use?

I purchased a product that I thouhgt would work.

Csbailey0102 We’re very sorry to hear from you. Are you using the StreamFab desktop app? Is the Netflix service within the StreamFab app not working properly? Or did you purchase the StreamFab Netflix add-on and are unable to use it? We’d be more than happy to help resolve this issue, but we’ll need your assistance to pinpoint the problem first.

Yuki_RecordFab I am using the desktop app. I can DL one to three movies without an issue before the CPU utilization goes to >93% and the capture slows to a crawl. I went back to 7.0.1.2 without any improvement. then upgraded to 7.0.1.3, 7.0.1.4 etc. The issue is very noticable when collecting series with issues getting even one to capture but never getting past a third without the issure presenting itself.

I deleted the program and all folders. Used a registry cleanup tool and reinstalled. The directory path was even updated from C:\StreamFab to C:\DVDFab. This might have started from a Windows 11 update but I wasn’t paying attention. Other services appear work fine and seems to be isolated to NETFlix content.

Edit: I noticed that there were seven - eighteen instances of QCef.exe running on the machine while using StreamFab.

You can see what replies this gets and how conveniently criticizing posts are overlooked about support and about adding more services, so we have to just make assumptions there is little support like the abandoned recordfab as well as 10 providers eventually get supported we will need 10 extensions.
It’s just much easier to run streamfab because of the all-in-one ability and I can then just use one program to access 10 providers like Disney, Hulu, Paramount, Amazon, Netflix etc,

Many such sites are next to impossible via streamfab,

Csbailey0102 Please try uninstalling the app completely and then reinstalling it, and check the resource usage again. If the issue persists, please report it directly to customer service; if possible, a developer will assist you remotely.
