Jerky Video

I just purchased DVDfab and used it to burn a home movie project to Blu-Ray. The result is very jerky video and a very compressed look. I edited the project in DaVaninci Resolve 20. The MP4 from DaVinici Resolve looks great and plays great in VLC. Once I author it with DVDfab, the resulting iso plays fine but looks very compressed and horizontal pans are jerky. I also used DVDfab to burn it to disc with the same results playing on my Panasonic blu-ray player and watching it on my TV. Is this an encoding issue or something else?

Thanks Mona. I figured it out. For anyone who might be having this issue, I figured out what was wrong for me. I had to go back to Davinci Resolve and change my export settings. Specifically, I had to change the output Timeline setting from 59.94 to 29.97. That allows the finished video to play with out stuttering or jerky horizontal pans.
