Disney+ ErrorCode 10203 (only 3 episodes)

I was on SF 7.0.1.8 and was getting ErrorCode 10203 when downloading three specific episodes from D+ (US, no VPN). After updating to SF 7.0.1.16 still experiencing the same error.

Inhumans s01e06
Inhumans s01e07

I searched the forum for this error but did not find it.
I submitted feedback to SF so they should have the logs
I’m posting this because if they provide a solution then it can be documented and found by future passers-by.

Errors in the log file show error 203, which is “The request was successful, but the enclosed payload has been modified”.

Looks like a connection problem - so the dl was never complete ..

Germania I saw that error, but it only happens for these 3 episodes after repeated attempts at downloading. After removing from queue and re-adding. After installing the newest version. And after downloading about 20 other shows in the last few weeks to refresh my library with no issue.

I’m not thinking it is a connection problem based on that, but I’m willing to be wrong, though.

I’m not using a VPN. I don’t think this is a SF issue, but wanted people to be able to find something if they come here searching for error 10203.

Germania Good to see it is working for others. Thanks for checking. I may update my connection to use the Google or Cloudflare DNS. Or I may not as I already have the episodes. I was just doing my periodic refresh to see if encodings had been updated. 🙂

Germania I should have tried all three episodes. Hawkeye s01e01 works with the Cloudflare DNS, but the two Inhumans episodes still don’t. Same error 10203. Other shows (Loki, Luke Cage, Iron Fist) are still working fine as well as other services. It’s odd, but not a big deal to me. Perhaps the feedback avenue will reveal a solution.

Yes, I unfortunately overlooked that on my first read-through
(And I’ve corrected my post.)
But it worked for me using a VPN via JFK.

Germania And it worked for me when I changed my DNS in Windows 11 to 1.1.1.1 for Cloudflare! Nicely diagnosed, Friend. Thank you.

Now I get in US vod-dsc-na-central-1-ord1-dss.media.dssott.com
and I get same ErrorCode 10203 (before the error I see 0/2 segments)

This happen with max 1080p bitrate - so I changed to max 720p and it works fine
