Users should use H265 as much as possible when available. or AV1 or VP9.
Even with somewhat of a list and 1080p ability in SF for Tubi, there are times Tubi is still limited in how many videos are in 1080p. But maybe they are expanding, or hopefully they are their movies with ads library.
When SF upped the Plex module to 1080p, same thing; it was hard to find 1080p videos.
Maybe they too are hoping to expand on their movies with ads library.
