No sound on TV

I used the Blu-Ray creator to make a season of a TV show and it works fine when I play it back on my PC but I put the DVD into my PS5 to test it on my TV there is no sound during the episodes. There is however still sound on the scene selection menu but it stops working when an episode begins playing.

What is the audio format of the created Blu-ray?
Please open the Blu-ray in the File Explorer, find the largest m2ts file in the BDMV/STREAM folder. Use the free tool mediainfo to analyze it and check its audio information.
Please also use the tool to analyze the source video to check the audio format.

I have found that AC3 does not work on my Panasonic TV. I had to use AAC, and that works on all my TV’s. Use the wrench icon in the lower right of the Ripper panel for the Disc, then scroll down to adjust the audio codec (do not click the “Copy Audio” checkbox).
