Never mind, I figured it out, I had to click the “Main Title” button and change to “Customize”. This was not obvious, because “Main Title” just looks like a selection (as opposed to “+ Add Source”), not a button that brings up another dialog of choices. Perhaps it should be renamed “Main Title…” to indicate that it brings up choices.
