Dvdfab 13 bluray creator does not show menu settings

When menu settings are selected, it only shows a blank screen and does not allow you to select a template as dvdfab 12 used to (prior to bluray creator going down). Please advise if I am missing something here

You can download the latest driver directly from NVIDIA’s website / AMD’s website. Simply select your specific graphics card model for an update, then restart your computer and run DVDFab again.

Mine works fine. Did you happen to try hitting the reset in the lower left? Maybe there is a file permission issue, so try run as administrator just for the heck of it.

Yes, i’ve tried the reset and run as adminstrator, it does nothing

@Mona I have updated the latest drivers and still cannot see the menu. I have restarted my computer again and when loading up bluray creator, nothing shows for menu still.

According to the log file, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 – Update Required:

Current latest version (as of April 2026): 595.76 (released March 2026)

You may update via NVIDIA automatic driver or download manually from the official NVIDIA Driver Download page and then run DVDFab as admin to try again.

I also want to confirm whether you are experiencing the same no menu option problem with the previous DVDFab 13 version.

I had updated to current NVIDIA driver update when I confirmed above, it still has this problem with previous versions of DVDfab 13 as well as current version. I have got the creator menu to show only a couple times, otherwise always appears blank on my end.

Please locate the folder “Creator Menu”, and delete it. And then restart DVDFab to try again and see the result.
The default path is:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\DVDFab\DVDFabCommon
