I never used starzplay.com so cant say it ever worked.
I found it offers some videos with free access.
I tried the free offerings and SF just went into endless analyzing for me. So seems not working.
User can post log here but might be better to contact SF feedback as it may be needed to be looked at and see of its supported or not and if it is what might need to be fixed.
SF feedback will demand a log.
