I face the same problem as I live in Austria as well. I fixed the issue by installing 7.0.0.9 in parallel only for P+, for this I renamed the StreamFab directory in “C:\Program Files\DVDFab\StreamFab” (Programme) into Streamfab7009 and then installed 1.0.1.7. so I can use both versions. Not extremely comfortable, but it works.
Moreover i now use NordVPN with a server in Germany, as P+ works fine with 7.0.1.7 in Germany. Previously I used CyberGhost, which worked with P+ only occasionally. So I strongly recommend NordVPN.
Unfortunately it only seems to be an Austrian related problem, that ater 7.0.0.9 P+ would not work anymore, therefore I am not overly optimistic, that there will be a fix soon.,
I dont know, what the heck P+ does differently in Austria, perhaps P+ is not available with 1080p notwithstanding my premium account, I’ve got no idea.. But at least these two workarounds help a lot.
