When will people realize that it is the streaming services that change their content and site almost daily to combat this lack of ad revenue!! It is not SF who is to blame. Well, honestly it is a chicken and the egg scenario. If no one was downloading the content and stealing $$$ from some fat cats who already have plenty, the services wouldn’t be changed.
I bet neither of you are software engineers. Do you know how hard it is to react quickly to a system that is ACTIVELY trying to break your software? You can’t. They change one thing, it gets worked around. Another thing changes…and the cycle repeats.
This software is not perfect by any means, but you are not entitled to anything. Consider this a sunken cost investment. You paid. So get as much use out of it as you can, but if it goes away tomorrow or next week or next year there is nothing you can do about it.
I recommend you step back, take a breath, and continue reporting issues as they arise using the Feedback system within the app. Only SF can fix the issues - and they can only do that if they are told about the changes. Give them some time to address the new issues. They don’t work 24/7.
When you send messages like this to the forum, all you are doing is irritating the other users of the app who are here to help. The message is not making it to your intended audience and means that most people will refuse to offer you assistance in the future.
