its not beneficial for the entire process, cause depending on the ad block settings packets of the streaming platforms itself will be filtered and malfuctions can occur
maybe you want to use f.e. nextdns for this.
go to nextdns.io sign up (you just need the free version)
over at my.nextdns.io you’ll find the dashboard and profile overview
create a profile and activate settings you’ll think are okayish non aggressive in their blocking behavior
opt to some blocklist and so on
copy the address where its called “DNS over HTTPS”
you set the DoH provider of the CEF Browser to the copied line, now pasting it in.
this should lower ads but wont break platform stuff, if done right.
