The deactivation shows me that your program isn’t working correctly, because even when activated, your program doesn’t use my GPU, even though I have an RTX 5070 in my PC. Before I had to replace my C drive and install Windows, DVDFab-12 worked perfectly and used my GPU. Now, suddenly, some “Lifetime” support options have changed to “No longer supported.” This is fraud and a rip-off. I request that the “No longer supported” support for DVDFab-12 be reactivated. I paid for it, and “Lifetime” means lifetime.
