I had 13.0.5.8 installed and was prompted that there was a new version available. As usual I clicked install now and it ran LiveUpdate. LiverUpdate showed version 13.0.5..9 was available. When it tried to download, it immediately returned with “Download Fail”. I tried this several times with the same result, even rebooting between attempts. I finally downloaded the full offline installation file and ran that. It installed version 13.0.5.9 without incident.
