Streamfab Stuck on Analyzing Audio & Subtitles Information

Using: Mac OS, on Amazon Prime, Streamfab 7.0.1.6

Trying to download a purchased movie. Stuck on “Analyzing audio & subtitles information…” Have had this problem before, let it run overnight – no luck this time. Have tried clearing cache, temp files, uninstalling & reinstalling program, switching what I was trying to download, etc. Amazon downloads worked fine a few weeks ago, and now just get stuck.

Unfortunately not tech-y enough to know how to post my logs, sorry.

Adding: US-based, Amazon Prime, no VPN, video I’m downloading DOES feature a lot of different subtitles but it seems odd that it would take so long to analyze.

I’m having the same issue. Hangs on the “Analyzing audio & subtitles information…” no matter what I try to download. Tried a few movies with no luck. Running version 7.0.1.6.

I had the same issue, just noticed it today. Updated to 7018 and that seems to have solved the issue (so far).
Amazon US, Win11 24H2.

Could be an issue with the SF Mac version. Anyone using the Windows version should be at 7018 by now.
Mac version is still at 7016.

Same for me on Mac.

So fix for Mac lagging behind as usual.

I had already described the same problem on a Mac a few days ago under the title Amazon Germany.

Exact the same Problem with StreamFab 7.0.0.8 on Windows.

Audio & Subtitle Analysis hangs with every Video on Amazon Prime.

Hope for a quick Fix.

You need to update to the latest version. Link is at top of the forum under the release date for March. 7.0.1.8
