Marshals S01E04 error

Streamfab V7.0.1.9 for windows. Marshals S01E04 freezes at 17M19S and incorrect audio plays for about 15 seconds.. If you skip forward a few seconds everything is back in sync and playing fine.

GomezAddams I didn’t look at the log to see what you are using, but other posts about this say that if you use MKV (FFmpeg) as the video format under settings that it fixes the issue.

It successfully downloaded for me with the audio correct in the US. (Note: All SF can get is AAC 2.0 audio at this time for some newer episodes on Paramount+)

There is no P+ url request or P+ download in your log ..
.. a search for “paramountplus.com” or “Marshals” yielded no results.

I can confirm that it freezes for me after 17:19 ..
.. and I hear a commercial playing in fast forward.

I am using MP4 format and I downloaded the episodes twice. Once with each audio format. I will change it to MKV and see if that corrects the issue. I also have the same issue with Boston Blue, just not at the same time location.

switching to MKV(FFmpeg) did not fix the issue for me. Marshals had the exact issue at the same time location.

GomezAddams Crap. My bad. I was thinking of The Madison, not Marshals. All of these shows my wife watches are blending together.

That being said - all I have is a ½ second audio/video lapse at the 17m 19s mark, but things pick right back up immediately. No commercial noise is heard.

Paramount+ is an odd one with regards to SF. I still get 1080p with older versions of SF. Always did and never got 540p. Seems since I still have the old plan without Showtime from 5 years ago I’m in the clear.

I deleted the log files just before starting the download, and the log file is too big to upload. during processing it spit out over 17MB of text. This web site will not let me upload a file of that size. It also does not let me upload it as a zip or rar file.

The problem is confirmed by me and I can’t change SF ..
.. so I can only repeat for the umpteenth time:

If you wanted error-free audio use SF <7012
(yes it’s possibly only 540p in US - so mix the audio with video from current SF)

Germania Yes, I know that. As far as I can tell I’m the first one to call that out. I may have missed a few posts, but try to skim at least each one.

Your comment implying (as most people do) that 540 is the only limit in the US - when it is not - is the reason I replied to this.

It’s true that old plans (without changes) were never affected.
I last wrote in post 4 here

it’s a P+ limitation - not an SF bug ..
.. and it works fine in 1080p with older/unchanged accounts

That’s why I get 1080p with SF <7012 in AR/AU/UK

Anyone who’s been affected by the 540p limit for half a year ..
.. will surely know this.

And this info doesn’t help them, since you can’t age the plan ..
.. therefore, this is “only” meant as a advance warning.

With (paid) “Extended Download Service” (here) is nothing between 7009 and 7012 ..
.. so check your messages (Notification top right) - but 7009 should works too
