Convert Closed Captioning to subtitles

Does DVDFAB have any software that will do this? I would really like to do some conversions.

Last I knew, DVDFab takes Closed Captions and can remux into a file or save as an SRT file.

Need to be more specific, and if it’s DVDFab or what exact software, as DVDFab, the company, has numerous software.

Maybe then find that individual section and post. Maybe also give more details.

I have a VHS to dvd copy of “Between Two Worlds”. I also have a very clean copy on DVD. I would like to take the very nice CC on the VHS to DVD copy and make a subtitles file for the nice clean DVD copy made from the film.

This is specific as I know how to be.
