Can't contact support

I’m trying to respond to a message from support after requesting a partial refund, but the support ticket page times out and is blank.
I try to got to the contact page but then the contact form is blank and also doesn’t load.
Are there any other ways to contact support.

If none are loading, check your internet connections and maybe power cycle the computer & modem/router.

Make sure any AD block type extensions are disabled.

The last option, guessing it’s a Win PC, is to find the ‘hosts’ file and check its contents compared to

Stan001 I used a different browser with no adblockers enabled, still no luck.
I have fiber internet and my connection otherwise is fine, the link for the contact forms and member areas are the same and still no good, but the contact form link you provided did have an emaill address below which I tried and so far it has not thown back a failed as the ‘contact_form@dvdfab’ address did. I’ll drop a reply if I hear anything back.

Well I recived a response, an email to recive the message via the support site, I contacted them as the support site doen’t work for me at all, so I can’t view the message they sent.
I also purchased the extended download in error which is what the partial refund request was, I ’ve recived no refund and my account says I haven’t purchsed it.
