So today I wanted to download the series Halo in UHD HDR10+ from Paramount+ via SF. The first episode worked perfectly, but downloading episode 2 SF stops respecting the HDR10+ flag and downloads Dolby Vision instead.
Normally, when something like this happens, I disable Auto Analysis and try to scan the specific episode individually. However, the Paramount+ module has not had an individual scan button for quite a while now it only scans the entire series.
The problem is that during the scan it always uses only one episode of the whole series as a reference. Previously, you could simply scan episodes individually, but unfortunately that is no longer possible no Button visible. (Same for Amazon Prime)
Are there any ways to fix or work around this problem?
