1080p Movies in H265

I’m unable to download 1080p movies in H265.
While trying to download it shows Error Code: 210 in SF.

I can’t test Mac version ..
.. but with Windows SF does not offer H265 for this title (in DE)

If this affect all titles ..
.. which NF plan you are using?

with Ads: no H265 possible
with Standard: H265 SDR
with Premium: H265 HDR10 + DoVi

The movie is available in 1080p. Last February, when I checked it was 1080p H265 SDR with bitrate 8167 kbps.

Both “Kill Bill” are not offered in H265 for me ..
.. as written multiple times H265 is mostly only for NF productions offered

Try “War Machine” (81768525) to check if it’s an general problem

Can you check for titles that are only available in 1080p?
For titles which are available in 4K, H265 is shown but the issue is with titles in 1080p.
For Eg -
80043137
80065328

Kill Bill 2 is not offered by SF in H265 - but I get it.
I added (empty) HDR10 entry to queue, closed SF and edit the file Netflix
for Win in: %AppData%\DVDFab\StreamFab\taskdata | I don’t know where it is on Mac
and changed “strResolution”:"" to “strResolution”:“99999:1080:1920”

How do you do it for Netflix original ? I can’t select an empty case in h265 HDR or DV. It works just fine for titles that has no HDR / DV

None of the titles mentioned in the thread offered H265 in SF - so it was always empty.

If you see H265 HDR/DoVi bitrates you have Premium and can’t get H265 SDR
with SF without downgrade to Standard plan (see also my first answer).

This is no different than with AV1 .. if you get AV1 HDR with Premium plan,
there is no way to get AV1 SDR without switching the NF plan to Standard.
