Wrong Audio downloaded

When downloading from Netflix, i only get AAC-Stereo even though i choose AC3. Is this a know issue?

I am a bit behind in downloading, but I do seem to recall some Netflix titles are only in AAC, but then Sf should only offer AAC.

Location and title would get you more help. Some locations have different audio offerings.

You are correct, i went back and compared the titles i downloaded and they are only ACC on Netflix. But SF gives me three different choices of audio, “Dolby, AC3 and ACC” … but only ACC is available as to what i can figure out. Only ACC gets downloaded.

I don’t know which language you selected ..
.. but english is not offered in EAC3

Somewhere in the SF settings you can turn on a report window after downloads, which notifies you if something has been downloaded in higher or lower quality than you initially selected. Sometimes SF shows you download options that are not or only partially offered by the provider, as shown in Germanias screenshot above.
