incomplete control panel
After I updated my version of DVD fab(13.0.5.8) , the control panel is evidently cut off, and I canno longer find the exercute button. So the program cannot execute my request. (for some odd reason, I cannot attach my png file on the support page
. May I have any email address where I can email to, so I can attach the screencapture? thank you

amylin1013 What is the resolution and DPI of your computer? Please check the Settings of your computer and specify.
1) Go to Settings > System > Display.
2) Under “Scale & layout”, check the resolution (e.g., 1920×1080) and scaling percentage (e.g., 100%, 125%).
If you’ve set the scaling percentage too high, try lowering it and then run DVDFab again. Thanks!

You can use the hamburger menu (3 bars in the upper right there), then select feedback, then enter the issue. This should create you a support ticket. Then you can go to the ticket and update it with the screenshot.

Not that it matters much, as the devs response to customer issues is dismal.

Thanks so much Mona, I changed the resolution didn’t work, but you reminded me there’s a scaling percentage. I found for some reason it was turned onto 125%. I changed it back to 100% and now it’s working normal now. So grateful, thank you Mona.
