ok i just seen on another post you need to log out then relog back in
it would be good if this was made clear to others otherwise all we get is a message from dvdfab its not available see my screenshot above

This message is more than three months old ..
.. and I don’t know if that mean: You can’t dl 100 titles at once

However no forum user (except SF Product Manager) can change this ..
.. so please use Feedback in SF or open ticket in memberarea

btw: I haven’t had to relogin in the last six months.
