Shudder - Website Currently Not Supported

For a few versions now, downloading from Shudder has not worked for me. When playing a video now, the button in the bottom right stays grayed out. And clicking on it just gives you a message: “This website is not supported or no video was found on this page.”

I used to be able to download from Shudder with no issues. However, I’ve been waiting on a fix for a few versions now but maybe I’m the only having this issue. I don’t have any problems with any other site. Is anybody else having this issue and does anyone know of a fix?

Detection is fine but Download never start for me
(or only 1 segment) and YoutubeToMP3Process hangs

You may want to post your streamfab log so they can help you better with this issue. Without that, they can’t do much.

Looks like a one time token - so you need a SF restart
before SF can start the download

I’ve uploaded my log file.
I have since cleared out temp files and re-started SF and re-logged back into Shudder. Still no options to even analyze a movie.

Analyzing works for me with all SF versions ..
.. but your tag DRM MPD is wrong - it’s m3u8

The problem is the one time token ..
… after getting the m3u8 url, this url is already expired
So the result is: 504 (Gateway Timeout)

Germania Ok. Not sure how I did it, but I’m now at least getting what you are getting. I see the M3U8 button. It analyzes but like you, does not download.

The thing is, Shudder used to be DRM MPD when it worked. It also used to only work when the video was played (not in the informational screen with the play button). So something definitely changed. They did a UI change apparently in March, which coincides about the time SF stopped working for me. So it would seem they also changed other things as well.
