Today my D+ started crashing on every download and showing ‘failed’ in queue.
Solution here:
a) clear temp/cache folder
b) re-login; this time it sent me email verification code vs password to login
c) re-add the series/movie to download queue
d) restart downloads
This worked for me. Your experience may vary. But this started today with updated version. Tried 7019 today and same issue.o
