Digital Copy (movie) Alien

I just purchased a new DVD digital copy of the movie (Alien) and I’m unable to copy. I usually make a copy and then convert to a MKV to store in a external hard drive and watch my movie collection with a media player. I’m using the most current version of DVDFAB 13 and I’ve disabled path player, I’ve unchecked enable cloud decription service and still unable to copy. Is there anything else that can be done?

Please use the latest v13059 to load the disc to try again and see the result. If the problem persists, please provide the dvdfab13.log file to us. Thank you.
