Netflix Seinfeld "Failed to analyze..." Error

I’ve been trying to download the Seinfeld series, but Season 8, episodes 1-4 and 6-10 generates a “Failed to analyze the video information, please contact us for assistance.” error.

For Seinfeld Season 9, episodes 15-22, even though I’ve logged out and back in again multiple times, I keep getting an “Incorrect account or password, please re-log in to the client and try again.” error.

What to do?

I tried s08e01 + s09e22 and both works fine for me
(there are significant differences in bitrate)

Looks like an NF account problem ..
.. please close SF and try to rename/delete the cache dir in
%AppData%\DVDFab\StreamFab\rootCachePath
and relogin

If that doesn’t help try complete uninstall and fresh reinstallation.

Ideally attach always your StreamFab.log if you have a SF problem.
