I been having issue that the sound is getting more and more out of sync as a movie progresses, once the movie has been created/converted to DVD format.
The original file is fine the picture and audio is correct.
Using the DVD Creator and selecting the file (Both in MP4 and AVI format)
The creating reports no errors, but when playback is done the sound is correct,however as the movie plays the sound become more and more lagged after the picture. after just 30 min the sound is at least 10 or more secounds after the picture
I tryed to Google this and have already tryed the following:
- Disable GPU Acceleration (Most Effective)
Hardware acceleration can sometimes cause timestamp errors, causing the audio to fall out of sync with the video.
Click the Menu button (three hamburger lines) in the top right corner of the DVDFab interface.
Go to Common Settings > General > A/V Codec.
Tick the box to “Disable all GPU codecs for decoding and encoding.”
Uncheck “Enable Lightning-Recoding” (if applicable).
Uncheck “Enable Lightning-Shrink” (if applicable).
Restart DVDFab for the changes to take effect and retry your project
This did not have any effect.
- Change the Audio Profile/Settings
If you are converting to a digital format (MKV/MP4), the conversion to AAC can sometimes cause sync issues.
Use AC3: If your output audio is set to AAC, switch to AC3 audio output. Many users report that AC3 keeps A/V sync significantly better.
Use Passthrough: For ripper/converter modules, try selecting the Passthrough profile (e.g., MKV Passthrough or MP4 Passthrough) rather than re-encoding the audio.
It seems like i cannot find this for the DVD Creation tool so i think it cannot be applied.
Anyone with any other ideas?
