Warum kein zurücksetzen der täglichen downloads bei Amazon seit Tagen 100/100

Seit ein paar tagen kann ich nicht mehr downloaden weil sich der download timer nicht zurücksetzt ist seit tagen auf 100/100 bei Amazon !
Hätte jemand eine Lösung ?
Vielen Dank im voraus !

.. 100/100 verfügbar (!) - mehr ist (ohne 200er AddOn) nicht möglich

100 / 100 means you have 100 remaining downloads out of total of 100. Did you even try to analyze a video and add it to your queue?

Schwer zu erraten - funktioniert bei mir seit Monaten problemfrei

Zur Fehleranalyse schließe bitte SF, lösche deine StreamFab.log
zu Finden links unten unter: Mein Konto -> Log-Ordner öffnen
versuche den gewünschten Titel einmalig und hänge die neue StreamFab.log deinem Beitrag an

Hard to guess – it’s been working flawlessly for me for months.

To troubleshoot, please close StreamFab and delete your StreamFab.log.
You can find it in the bottom left corner under: My Account -> Open Log Folder
Try the desired title once and attach the new StreamFab.log to your post.

Ich kann nicht wirklich einen Fehler entdecken ..
.. laut log wurde der Download von Icefall - Bis das Eis bricht! abgebrochen

[DC.Amazon] Cancel download [Critical]: [default] "QtDownloadTask::onError : errorString :Operation canceled [DC.Amazon] Cancel download while downloading

und vorher finden sich Aufrufe von The Walking Dead.s06e01+s07e01

Also wenn Du kein Kinderprofil benutzt scheint da etwas nicht Ordnung.
Könnte es sein das Du einen Ad-Blocker (ggf mit dem DNS Server) benutzt?

Versuche zunächst (nach dem SF schließen) das Umbenennen des Cache in
%AppData%\DVDFab\StreamFab\rootCachePath
und logge dich danach neu an

Falls das nicht hilft war es möglicherweise ein Update Unfall ..
.. dann entferne bitte SF vollständig und installiere es dann neu.

.. according to the log, the download of Icefall - Until the Ice Breaks! was aborted.

And before that, there are views of The Walking Dead.s06e01+s07e01.

So if you’re not using a child profile, something seems to be wrong.
Could it be that you are using an ad blocker (possibly with the DNS server)?

First, try (after closing StreamFab) renaming the cache to
%AppData%\DVDFab\StreamFab\rootCachePath
then log in again.

If that doesn’t help, it might be an update error ..
.. then please completely remove SF and then reinstall it.
