I’m posting this request here because I’m not able to generate a support ticket and I’m left with no other option to contact management.
My Fab365 Subscription was supposed to renew at $119.00 on April 18, 2026. Per your request, I have been unable to update any payment information on the payment update page. This information should have already been on your file. Now my subscription has expired and I still have no way to update the payment information because the update page still will not allow me to do so.

I have also attached a screenshot of the page.
I’m requesting that you send me a proper link to the page which will allow me to update my payment information, so the yearly charge of $119.99 can be applied to my credit card and my subscription be reactivated.
Respectfully, my subscription should not have been allowed to expire in the first place and should have continued uninterrupted.
