Make sure to change your DNS from your current ISP, to cloudflair or open DNS.

Open DNS:
To change your DNS to OpenDNS on Windows 11, you can update your settings through the Windows Settings app or the legacy Control Panel.
Option 1: Use the Windows 11 Settings App (Recommended)
This is the most modern and direct method.
Open Settings: Press Win + I on your keyboard.
Navigate to Network: Click Network & internet in the left sidebar.
Select Your Connection: Click Wi-Fi or Ethernet, depending on how you are connected to the internet.
Edit DNS Assignment: Find DNS server assignment and click the Edit button next to it.
Configure Manual DNS:
Change the dropdown from Automatic (DHCP) to Manual.
Toggle IPv4 to On.
Enter OpenDNS Addresses:
Preferred DNS: 208.67.222.222
Alternate DNS: 208.67.220.220
(Optional) If using FamilyShield to block adult content, use 208.67.222.123 and 208.67.220.123 instead.
Save: Click Save to apply the changes.
Option 2: Use the Control Panel
If you prefer the classic interface, follow these steps.
Open Network Connections: Press Win + R, type ncpa.cpl, and hit Enter.
Access Properties: Right-click your active network adapter (Wi-Fi or Ethernet) and select Properties.
Select IPv4: Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click the Properties button.
Enter Addresses: Select Use the following DNS server addresses and enter:
Preferred DNS server: 208.67.222.222
Alternate DNS server: 208.67.220.220
Confirm: Click OK on both windows to finish.
Verification
To ensure the change was successful, you can visit the OpenDNS Welcome Page or open the Command Prompt and type ipconfig /all. Look for the “DNS Servers” entry to confirm it shows the OpenDNS IPs.

ALSO note some have had success using a VPN to access the support sites.
Some places are blocking China access or China is blocking certain ISPs from access.
So far I have had no issues loading any dvdfab.cn sites which include the support sites.
