The default profile should be “Copy - Main Movie” mode if it is the first time you run DVDFab; otherwise, it should be the module that was used when DVDFab was last shut down normally.
Please uninstall both DVDFab 12 and DVDFab 13, and delete all the files or folders under the Documents path.
To ensure a clean uninstall, please also open the C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\DVDFab path to delete the entire DVDFab13 and DVDFab 12 folders. After that, reboot your computer, then reinstall DVDFab to try again.
