I’m trying to download from Amazon using Surfshark VPN but I’m not succeeding.
I live in Brazil and I want to download movies from the United States. But it doesn’t work for any other country either.
The message appears
Your device is connected to the Internet using a VPN or proxy service. Please disable it and try again. For more help, go to amazon.com/pv-vpn.
Can anyone help me?

You can try different servers, which you may have already tried.

Try changing the protocol between WireGuard, OpenVPN (TCP), and OpenVPN (UDP).

It’s harder for me to verify, I guess, because I am in the USA, but I randomly picked 4 USA servers via SharkVPN, and Amazon loaded with no error or issue. This was also using the WireGuard protocol. But I do know some have issues with streaming sites, so try the 2 different OpenVPN protocols as well as the WireGuard protocol.

I have no problems accessing content in the USA using SurfShark
(WireGuard or OpenVPN) .. and I’m located in Old Europe

It works for me with Amazon Region “Auto” in SF VIP Settings ..
.. but try to change to amazon.com and restart SF

It works!!

I’m from Taiwan and also using Surfshark VPN. I spent two hours struggling with failed analysis even though the videos would play. However, after I changed the Region Settings in StreamFab to “Amazon.com”, it finally worked. Even though the login page indicated I was in Taiwan (or perhaps that my account is registered there, I forget which), and the series page showed a “browser version too old” warning, the analysis was successful. I managed to download “The Nanny” in 1080p H265.

For reference, the specific IP I used was New York #3 (Static IP).
