0B Download of movie

Hey Guys,

just loaded the new version with Apple TV+ payed movies.
Tried to Download one, an it “does not work”. He loaded a time, remux, and then - nothing.
0B movie file.
Maybe someone can help?

YoFreak Tried another Movie, no 4k, no DV. 2GB of File. Doesnt work. Played with VLC.

You might pick specific film with issue, then open with ‘mediainfo’ app and paste the info here for that affected title to help devteam sort out “what is happening to you” …

and usually helps to include SF version, country, etc.
Again, note the “download purchases” thing from Apple is kinda a BETA thing this week, and might not work as expected.

simchris Yes i use my purchase links in my Apple TV Account. Google apple tv + movie title.

Test three worked now. But 4K Movie, DV only 4.3G?

Edit: Ah okay, >20 min player Crash.
